Welcome to the Arkansas Blackboard Users Group, better known as ARBUG. We welcome you to join us whether it be on our user community site here, on our ARBUG list-serve or in person at our ARBUG meetings. ARBUG leads a community of Arkansas institutions in statewide efforts in the development and training of online education. We will recognize excellence in online courses and programs statewide.
