Diamond Award - General Information |

What is the ARBUG Diamond Award?
This award will be
given to those who submit a course that meets “Exemplary” status as
detailed in Blackboard’s Exemplary Course Rubric. You can download it here Blackboard Exemplary Course Rubric (PDF Format).
What are the important dates?
- Courses submitted for review must have ended by January 1, 2012.
Courses in which students are currently enrolled will not be reviewed in
order to comply with privacy standards.
- Submit the completed Submission form at http://www.arbug.org/ no later than February 24, 2012.
- The Evaluation Team will need designer, builder, or editor access to
the copy of your course until April 30, 2012. See the "Submission
Instructions" page for details.

How Do I Qualify?
- Self-evaluate your fully online or blended course using Blackboard’s Exemplary Course Rubric and make corrections as needed.
- Download and complete the Diamond Award Submission form to indicate how your course achieves “Exemplary” status.
- Submit your course on the ARBUG Diamond Award page of the http://www.arbug.org/ website.
- Your course will be scored by members of the Diamond Award Team using Blackboard’s Exemplary Course Rubric and the Diamond Award Evaluation form.
